In the Ski Lift Cabin the facility personal can get shelter from cold weather while watching the ski lift line. There is a big front window through which they can see if an accident occurred and halt the lift.
My dad (BISON) wished for a log Ski Lift Cabin and he also helped with design suggestions along the way (read more in Work in progress 2020-08-09 and adjacent posts). BISON assembled and painted the cabin and in the picture below you can see part of his ski slope facilities and the below parking lot.
There are multiple versions of the cabin to enable a choice of multi color prints, painting support etc. The versions are divided into sets to make it easy to identify groups of files that belongs together. There are different versions of some parts also within the set, like having supports for an elongated roof or not.
Set 1, complete cabin except floor and doors
- Complete cabin with roof and everything
- Complete cabin with an elongated roof which requires support beams
Doors and floor are general parts without set number.
Set 2, complete cabin but with separate roof
- Complete cabin but without roof
- Complete cabin but without elongated roof

Set 3, all sides as separate parts
- All sides and roof as separate parts

Set 4, all sides and frames as separate parts

Doors
- The intended left and right door are named accordingly
- The file "Doors.stl" contains a few different door designs, including the mirrored versions of the left and right door
Roof
- Longer roof intended for the version of the cabin which has roof support beams
- Shorter roof for the cabin version without roof support beams
Coming addons
The floor is a separate part to make it easy to add some interior to the cabin. Hopefully I will soon have time and inspiration to create the also the interior.
I have been experimenting a bit with making cracks in the logs for an older look of the log cabin. It went quite well but right now I am lacking time to finish that idea from BISON, I hope it will be a future variant.
