First part of the Bathroom, the tub, is now printed and painted!
Included variations of the model are one / two faucets, with / without faucet hole(s) and with / without bottom plug hole.
There are three parts to print: tub, faucet and plug.
The faucet needs support. My first print turned out well and the faucet is sturdy enough to not cause any problems even if support is used. The plug can be printed upside down without support.
The bathtub can be turned upside down or standing upright when printed. It needs support, and since supports can cause a slightly rougher surface, I preferred an upright print-position to get the rougher area underneath the tub. I would recommend using a slightly higher infill percentage to ensure sturdy tub legs. The print came out nicely first time and the support was easy to clean away. The support underneath the tub did cause some roughness on the underneath surface but it doesn't show when the tub is standing upright. Tampering with support settings should improve the result.
It's really tempting to start playing with resin to get some water in the tub…
